Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving it.

You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging 
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned 

Refunds

• Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods 
• Refunded to original payment method 

Return Costs

• Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
